Flexible office with a view
TEA was hired by the internationally established brand agency LynxEye to adapt and refurnish the company’s newly rented Stockholm office.
The office is located in Hötorgshus 5 at Sergels Torg square in central Stockholm, and was ready for its new tenants in March 2014. LynxEye has around 40 employees in Stockholm and TEA’s mission was to create an attractive office with a clear identity and plenty of meeting spaces – while allowing for the company to keep growing.
The upper floors of the building are characterised by mesmerising views of central Stockholm, and TEA took advantage of this when working on LynxEye’s office. While the office was to be dominated by open space and open views, the premises also needed to allow for confidentiality.
The client-facing section of the office is a generous and well used space, equipped for client meetings, group work or individual thinking work. There’s a reception and meeting rooms of various sizes. The internal section was furnished with desks, personal cupboards and small, quiet rooms.
