TEA win in Vallentuna

Thomas Eriksson Architects together with Vectura Fastigheter (real estate) have won a building tender for Vallentuna’s new neighbourhood Kristineberg north of Stockholm.

A total of seven providers have been selected by the municipality to build the neighbourhood, comprising approximately 1 800 homes, schools and a new local centre. TEA’s contribution will be a modern residential care home with earthy-coloured facades and a leafy garden. Building for the area is planned to start in 2019/2020.
