TEA win in Luleå

Thomas Eriksson Architects together with residential real estate development company SHH have won a building tender in Kronandalen in Luleå, northern Sweden. A total of 3 000 new homes will be built in the new neighbourhood.

TEA’s contribution is one of six proposals that have been selected by the municipality for the first phase, including 400 new homes in six areas. Detailed plans are expected to go through in June 2017 and building is due to start later the same year.
