Residential home designed with care
During the summer, work began on the building of Tule Plaza, a residential care home in Sundbyberg outside Stockholm. The property is located on Tulegatan, a street that is undergoing extensive changes to bring about a more urban atmosphere.
TEA was hired by Vectura Fastigheter (real estate) to design the building on a hilly and narrow plot, with the objective of creating a clear link between the property and the city. Tule Plaza is planned to be ready for its first residents to move in at the end of 2017.
