Tyresö’s new care and nursing home are located just by Fornuddsparken. The ambition has been to create a varied and small-scale building, well adapted to its surroundings. From the generous entrance you can reach the building’s main staircase and the 60 apartments. Common areas such as living rooms and dining rooms open up via large windows towards the south-facing courtyard and allow the greenery to have a place in the interior as well. The court yard provides active walking trails in combination with quiet places for rest and contemplation. A generous roof terrace gives the opportunity for a view of Fornuddsparken and the life and activities at the main entrance. The building is certified Miljöbyggnad silver, and the new tenants will move in during the autumn of 2020
