Design by TEA at celebrated trade fair

When Clerkenwell Design Week was held in London on 23rd – 25th May this year, Edsbyn Kontorsmöbler (office furniture), one of Sweden’s most reputable furniture producers, were there with an exhibition stand. One of the things those who visited the stand were able to see was the NEAT furniture series, designed by TEA.
The series was created ahead of the Stockholm Furniture Fair 2013 when Edsbyn asked TEA to design a flexible and cost-efficient office furniture series for large-scale production. NEAT is built upon an open shelf that can be fitted with separate compartments and drawers. A slim frame with thin doors that save materials and the environment make the furniture look just as elegant from the back as from the front.
Colours and formats can be matched and varied endlessly. In 2014, the furniture series was expanded with the addition of several tables, and during Clerkenwell Design Week, the UK’s leading design fair with more than 250 exhibitors, a new double width drawer unit was presented.
TEA has also designed the PIECE furniture series and the Loop Stool for Edsbyn.
