SIX apartments up for sale
Thomas Eriksson Arkitekter was hired by BRABO to design 138 apartments in the SIX neighbourhood in Barkarbystaden, a new suburb in the north of Stockholm. Apartments in stage one are already up for sale, and the first occupants are expected in 2019.
The apartments are divided across two modern properties that have been built around a shared garden. The buildings are themed with the BRABO Aktiv concept and they include a gym and spa, a lounge and a hobby room – all adapted to an active lifestyle. Additionally, the residence is characterised by a lush garden that is weaved together with the green roofs of the buildings through the trellises along the external corridors.
TEA has previously designed the SVEA neighbourhood in the same area on behalf of BRABO, a private, family-owned company and subsidiary of Mattssons Fastighetsutveckling AB.
