When Rimi in Latvia developed its business, there was a strong focus on sustainability. TEA has been commissioned to design the new activity-based head office thanks to our experience from previous collaborations with the ICA group. The assignment consisted of two parts; A total interior renovation of the existing head office where we partially reused existing interiors, as well as a completely new building connected to the existing one. This will be Rimi’s first wooden house and will be executed with both construction and facade in wood.
