TEA has together with SHH and NCC developed an apartment building with an integrated care and nursing home with 79 apartments. It is located in Masmo, Huddinge with a strikingly beautiful view of Lake Albysjön. To the south, large balconies run along the entire street facade and creates out door-spaces for both residents and staff in the care and nursing home.
